Cutting Platform
This cutting platform is equipped with inner diameter slicers, multi-wire saws, single-wire saws and CNC precision engraving machines. It is capable of processing workpieces in a full range of sizes and specifications, featuring high cutting efficiency and consistent yield.
Processable items cover glass, quartz wafers, optical blocks, C-lenses, PBS, PBC, silicon wafers and special-shaped glass parts made of various materials.
Cleaning Platform
This cleaning process platform is composed of single-tank and multi-tank ultrasonic cleaning systems in coordination. Equipped with ultrasonic cleaners and cleanroom cleaning stations, it can achieve optical-grade surface cleanliness and deliver perfect pre-coating cleaning results. The platform supports cleaning of glass substrates of various sizes and materials as well as finished optical components.
Precision Dicing & Cutting Platform
This dicing process platform is equipped with precision dicing machines, including imported 12-inch, 8-inch and 6-inch precision scribing & cutting equipment. It enables high-precision dicing for a wide range of optical products and effectively handles components with strict tolerances on dimension, edge chipping and other indicators.
Workpieces available for processing include optical isolators, rotating plates, silicon wafers, quartz wafers, polarizers, wave plates and more.
Bonding & Deep Optical Contact Platform
This platform is staffed by a team of experienced operators specializing in optical bonding and deep optical contact.
For optical bonding, we offer prism bonding, bonding between prisms and microlenses, and other solutions. Deep optical contact technology is adopted to fabricate ultra-high-precision optical components.
Products manufactured via deep optical contact include high-power (N) PBS, deep contact waveplates, PBS-waveplate assemblies, grisms and so on.
Grinding & Polishing Platform
This grinding and polishing system consists of single-axis grinding & polishing machines, milling grinders, four-axis grinding & polishing machines, high-precision polishing machines, continuous ring polishers and double-sided grinding & polishing machines.
It achieves dimensional accuracy, surface figure accuracy and surface roughness that meet strict precision optical specifications. A variety of optical elements such as plano, cylindrical and spherical components can be processed on this platform.
Inspection Platform
This inspection platform integrates various optical testing instruments, featuring imported high-precision equipment such as laser interferometers, white light interferometers, precision goniometers, weak absorption testers, optical projectors, comparison goniometers and high-magnification digital microscopes.
It supports testing indicators including angle, parallelism, surface figure, surface roughness, material weak absorption and surface cleanliness, and is able to verify the performance of optical components of all sizes and specifications.
